The menu has changed a bit since these photos were taken in December 2009, but that's what keeps things interesting!
The Mustard Crumbed Pig's Tail, Garlic Snail, Pickled Shallots and Watercress is still available (it's not as bad as it sounds!). Here it is...
The Seared Scallops were excellent!
A little tasting from the Charcuterie - Smoked Wagyu Tongue and Mustard fruits and then some other type of meat.
The Oysters were salty, but the manager basically said that's how they should be, unwashed, and get used to it! Hmm....
